In just under 38 minutes, Carmelo Anthony had his second 31 point night of the season. He shot 12-of-22 from the field, including 4-of-8 from the field. In a well-rounded game, Anthony also had seven rebounds, three assists and a steal.
In just over 31 minutes, Kristaps Porzingis had 19 points on 8-of-15 shooting. He also collected 11 rebounds which gave him only his second double double for the season.
In perhaps the most complete game for the night, Paul Millsap played just under 38 minutes and scored 19 points on 8-of-17 shooting. He also collected seven rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks.
The double double machine, Dwight Howard, was at it again. In just a tick under 29 minutes Howard scored 18 points on 6-of-11 shooting. It could have been more but Howard went 6-of-12 from the free throw line. Howard also collected 18 rebounds, eight offensive on the night. This was Howard’s tenth double double in 12 games.
